2020 Congregation cancelled

2020 Congregation cancelled

This entry is part 90 of 321 in the series Adventure Rider Issue #1

With the growing resurgence of COVID 19 Adventure Rider Magazine believes the only responsible course of action is to cancel the 2020 Congregation scheduled for Green Valley Farm, Tingha, NSW, on September 19.

Green Valley Farm clearly has the space and facilities to accommodate the event in safety, but the possibility of further restrictions on travel, and the simple common sense of not encouraging a gathering of a large group of people in a time of such uncertainty, has forced the decision.

Adventure Rider Magazine regrets any inconvenience for readers, industry partners and the Vickery family at Green Valley Farm, but the risks to the adventure-riding community and the greater Australian population are just too great.

Please mark your calendars. The 2021 Congregation is scheduled for September 17 and 18 at Green Valley Farm.

As always, keep an eye on the Adventure Rider Magazine and Green Valley Farm websites and Facebook pages for updates and more information.

Please remember the WA Congregation scheduled for October 23-25 has also been cancelled, and a date for the next Western Australia event will be announced as soon as it’s finalised.
