Many GS Safari customers want more BMW Safari events, so we will be running a compact adventure ride in between the major GS Safari and GS Safari Enduro events during 2017. To make these events more accessible, a GS rider can bring a mate on another brand of bike. These rides will also be complemented by optional BMW Off Road Training in the two days prior to the tour. Tour participation will be capped with a smaller number of riders to a regular Safari and tour support will be provided by the regular Safari Crew but in a trimmed down form.
Multiple registration options allow for flexibility when registering and include the following:
- Event accommodation
- 2 day Off Road Training
- 2 day tour with lead rider
- 4WD sweep vehicle
- GS Tours T-Shirt
- BMW Safari support
VIC HIGH COUNTRY TOUR
– March 28/29 – Merrijig – 2 days BMW Off Road Training Course (optional)
– March 30/31 – Merrijig – 2 days of epic high country riding that concludes in Bright.
– April 1 – Bright – Spectate or sign up and participate in the Touratech Challenge.
For this tour we ride on a Thursday and Friday. The tour will conclude in Bright on the Friday afternoon. Accommodation in Bright on Friday is not included with the tour. The ride will finish mid afternoon and riders have the option to stay in Bright to either participate or spectate at the *Touratech Adventure Challenge starting on Saturday 1 st April, or make their way home.
