Adventure riders planning a trip will often look for a loop, and after planning a Simpson Desert crossing,and watching borders shut due to the pandemic, a great loop into the Northern Territory appeared. It was still desert and still Queensland and the Northern Territory and, in hindsight, the SA border shutting down opened up an opportunity I’d never have considered.
