“We were informed today, 11th Aug 2017, that TOURATECH AG (Head Office) entered a request for insolvency with the local authorities. The approximately 400 employees of the company have been informed of the current situation and the restructuring procedure that will be carried out at a joint meeting with the administration and the insolvency administrator.
