New ‘Tour’ editions of the Suzuki V-Strom 1050, 1050DE, and 800DE have been launched, offering an increase in luggage capacity of over 100 litres.

Suzuki V-Strom 800DE Tour

Embarking on the open road just became more enticing with Suzuki’s newly launched ‘Tour’ editions of the V-Strom adventure motorcycles. Unveiled in Australia, the Suzuki V-Strom 1050, 1050DE, and 800DE Tour editions, with an increased luggage capacity of over 100 litres, redefine long-distance riding. Discover everything you need to know about these enhanced models, including their full-aluminium three-piece luggage set, competitive pricing, and exclusive promotions, all covered by Suzuki’s extended warranty.

The new Suzuki V-Strom Tour package is available now on the Suzuki V-Strom 1050, Suzuki V-Strom 1050DE, and Suzuki V-Strom 800DE and includes a full-aluminium three-piece luggage set (two side cases and a top box). In total, the new ‘Tour’ package adds 112 litres of luggage capacity, allowing you to take with you everything you need on a ride long enough to drain the tank of one of Suzuki’s adventurers.

In terms of cost, the new ‘Tour’ package will add £1,500 to the price of your V-Strom, whichever model you choose, and whichever colour you choose for the luggage, with silver and black options available. That means the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE Tour comes in at £11,999, the Suzuki V-Strom 1050 Tour at £14,499, and the Suzuki V-Strom 1050DE Tour at £15,199.

Compared to buying the aluminium cases separately, Suzuki says the new Tour editions save £672.98 on the V-Strom 800DE, and around £450 on both the V-Strom 1050 and V-Strom 1050DE.

When buying a V-Strom Tour, Suzuki’s three-year warranty will also apply to the luggage items, and that warranty is also able to be extended via Suzuki’s Service Activated Warranty scheme as announced earlier this year.

Both the V-Strom 1050 Tour and V-Strom 1050DE Tour have also been added to Suzuki’s ‘2, 3, 4’ promotion, meaning those wishing to take away one of the Hamamatsu marque’s new adventure variants can choose from either an HP or a PCP agreement over two, three, or four years with a matching APR rate and a £500 minimum deposit.

Suzuki’s full 2023 range, including the new V-Strom Tour editions, can be viewed on the Suzuki website, where it is also possible to browse Suzuki’s current promotions and find your nearest dealer.
